At JBJ Soul Kitchen, Jon Bon Jovi’s community restaurant, you can pay for your meal in two ways, you donate money to help cover meals for others, or if you do not have money, you earn your meal by volunteering instead. They say they have served 208,000 plus meals, with many “earned” through volunteering and the rest covered by donations.
